Product description :	SSL is ivory white powder or solid with a characteristic odor and water absorbability. It is a safe, non-toxic, efficient and applications extensive anion-food emulsifier. It is soluble in ethanol and insoluble in water. It is dispersible in hot water and soluble in hot oil and fat. The HLB is 8.3. It is also used as an stabilizer, foamer modifier.
