Overview of Characteristics:

SilibaseCP-1020 Defoamer is organically modified polysiloxane, which is used as a concentrated defoamer for solvent and radiation curing systems. SilibaseCP-1020 Defoamer prevents non-polar high polarity solvent based silicone defoamers that produce foams and blisters during the production and application of their paints.

Technical Data:

● Appearance: Translucent liquid.

● Active substance content: 100%

● Viscosity (25℃): 100-500CPS

Recommended Additions:

● Epoxy floor coating 0.05-0.5%

● Solvent and radiation curing screen printing inks 0.1-0.5%

Usage Method:

● Must be stirred before use

● Additives must be mixed with high shear force

● Particularly suitable for abrasives

Packaging Specifications: 25kgs/plastic drum or 200kgs/iron drum

Eye protection: Use chemical worker's goggles.

Skin protection: Wash at mealtime and end of shift. Contaminated clothing and shoes should be removed as soon as practical and thoroughly cleaned before reuse. Chemical protective gloves are recommended.

Precautionary Measures: Do not get in eyes. Avoid skin contact. Do not breathe spray or mist. Do not take internally. Use reasonable care.
