High solid content mainly be used in car ceiling, car carpets and car roof. Especially is suitable for high temperature mold demoulding. Physical Data: ● Appearance：Milky white liquid ● The content of active substance：40%-42% ● Density(20℃)：0.98-1.01 g/cm3 ● Viscosity：10-20 CST ● Dilution ratio：1:3 mix purified water ● Working temperature：30~250℃ Feature: ● SilibaseRA-4046 PU Car Roof Membrane Release Agent does not contain harmful solvents and heavy metals. ● Non release agent residues created on finished products. ● Excellent demoulding performance ● Very less residues build up on the mould, easy to clean and save more production time. Usage Instruction: Recommended to spray or brush the release agent every time demoulding. The use type is undiluted and water dilution before using.
