CAS NO : EC NO : MF : MW : Product description : Product Name: Silicone Coating Resin Item No.: SilibaseSR-6234 Performance and Use: SilibaseSR-6234 Silicone Coating Resin has excellent high temperature resistance and water and moisture resistance, as well as good electrical insulation performance and arc resistance. It is also excellent in weather resistance, chemical stability and corrosion resistance. SilibaseSR-6234 Silicone Coating Resin is widely used as high temperature anticorrosive coating (200~400℃) and insulating coatings, weathering coatings, etc., can be fully cured at room temperature and two components. Compared with SilibaseSR-6237, it has better corrosion resistance and slightly higher temperature resistance. Main Specifications: ● Exterior: Light yellow transparent liquid, allowing milky white light, no mechanical impurities ● Solid: 50±1% ● Viscosity: 40~80 seconds (4cups) ● Epoxy Value: 0.06～0.16 Packaging and Storage: SilibaseSR-6234 Silicone Coating Resin is packed in 200kg iron drum, stored in a cool and dry place. The storage period is tentatively set for half a year to prevent direct sunlight, avoid contact with acid and alkali, and store and transport according to dangerous goods. Construction Reference: ● Two-component curing at room temperature, combined with 650 polyamide or T-31, the amount of 650 is 20-25% of the total amount of resin, and the amount of T-31 is about 10% of the total amount of resin. ● High temperature baking curing, heating to 180℃ for one hour to fully cure. It can also be combined with an amino resin to shorten the curing time. ● The dilution solvent used in this product shall not contain water, acid, alkali, amine compounds, sulfur compounds, pyridine and its impurities, otherwise it will affect the adhesion, dryness and other properties of the resin paint film. ● This product contains flammable and explosive solvents such as xylene and volatilizes. During the processing, attention should be paid to strengthen the site ventilation, pay attention to fire prevention, and strictly cut off the fire source. Operators should pay attention to labor protection. ● The equipment and utensils used in the processing of this product must be clean.
