DCH01HOI(high fire-retardant Sheathing rubber under the temperature at 65°C)
I. Illustration
Based on CPE as its raw material, blended with other additives. It has well excellent properties such as oil resistance, cold resistance, weathering resistance, flame –retardant and good mechanical properties. It is the ideal substitution of CR or CSM compounds. Foreign Equivalent Grade is XH-03A of GB7594-87. It has nice fire-retardant, the cable used it made can pass the single vertical burned test.
II. Application
The compound can be used for mine lighting cable and the cable which is high demand on fire-retardant.

Ⅳ. Processing condition
It is recommended that compound should be processing with common rubber extruder CV producing line.
Reduction Ratio: 1:1.1~1.5.:1
Curing pipe Temperature: 165-185℃
Length-diameter ratio: 6:1-16:1(hot feed is suggested if lower than 10:1)
Extrude Temperature: 65-85℃
Ⅴ. Package & Storage
Generally, 25kgs in one carton box or depends on customers' requirements.
Shape of the material: Rectangle rubber sheet & depends on customers' request.
The material should be stoned at clean, dry, draughty warehouse.
