Usage
1.Used as a high-efficiency phosphate-potassium compound fertilizer, suitable for various soils and crops. It is used to fertilize crops such as rice, wheat, cotton, rape, tobacco, sugar cane, and apples.
2.In the food industry, it is used to make baked goods, as a leavening agent, flavoring agent, fermentation aid, nutrition enhancer, and yeast food. As a quality improver, it has the functions of increasing the complex metal ions, pH value, and ionic strength of food, thereby improving the binding force and water holding capacity of food. Our country stipulates that it can be used for wheat flour, the maximum use amount is 5.0g/kg; the maximum use amount in beverages is 2.0g/kg.
3.Used as chromatographic analysis reagent and buffer, also used in medicine and manufacturing potassium metaphosphate.
4.As a feed phosphorus additive and nutritional supplement. |
Uses : |
Industrially used as a buffer and culture agent; also used as a bacterial culture agent to synthesize sake flavoring, a raw material for making potassium metaphosphate, a culture agent, a strengthening agent, a leavening agent, and a fermentation aid for |
