Product Properties:
1. Due to its affinity for nylon fiber, during initial period of dyeing, it competes with anionic dye for the sites on the fiber, retarding dye absorption onto the fiber to achieve level dyeing.
2. Promote dye migration during high temperature to effective reduce defects of weft barre and warp streak.
3. Improve dye penetration to be uniform dyeing of fabric, low-foaming.
Applications:
levelling agent for acid and neutral dyes on nylon, wool and their blends.
Recommended Dosage
normal usage：
The agent：0.5-2%（o.w.f），the lighter the color, the larger the amount
Temp.& Time：95-120℃， 30-60mins
rework:
The agent: 1.5-4.5%（o.w.f）
Dosage can be adjusted according to specific dyeing conditions and methods, etc.
