Properties

With excellent cleaning, dispersing, emulsifying, chelating properties, it is almost foamless, for application in soaping of fabrics by  reactive dyes, vat dyes and azoic dyes. The absorbed dyes (loose color) on the fiber surface can be removed, which greatly improve color fastness and washing fastness.

 

Applications:

This agent is mainly applied in soaping process to reduce the dyeing defects. In the process, less fabric getting tangled in the dyeing tub, less washing times, less water consumption, and less production cost are achieved.

 

Recommended Dosage    

The dosage is affected by the amount of loose color after dyeing and soaping conditions. Testing should be conducted to decide the most economic dosage according to fiber types, processing methods as well as customer’s requirements.

 

Recommended dosage:

1. Reactive dye:

2-5g/L, 80-90, 15-20mins.

 

2. Vat dye:

3-6g/L

 

Packing and Storage

125kg per plastic drum; keep in a cool and dry place.  Shelf time: 1 year.
