HuBei ZhuoXi Fluorochemical Co., Ltd., is situated in Hubei Province, YingCheng city, ChangJiangBu, National torch plan SaiFu Industrial Park, along 1st Fazhan Avenue, company location is only 60KM away from Wuhan, conveniently and easily accessible. Our product is based on high-purity fluoride gas as raw material; almost non-existent in China; we have in-house capability in the research and development of fluorine-containing fine chemicals and fluorine-containing materials of high-tech enterprises. We can perform a wide range of fluoride based products manufacturing/production and processing, in addition, we also offer fluorination application development solutions in all kinds of products.
Company's first phase covers an area of 70 acres. The current construction project is for fluorine gas and a demonstration base for derivatives of high-tech materials. This demonstration base, one of the four key bases, is preferred and chosen by the Hubei fluorine chemical technology innovation strategic alliance according to the "Hubei Province fluorine chemical technology roadmap". The base is responsible for the production and sales of high-purity fluorine gas, graphite fluoride, fluorinated fuel tank, lithium fluoride carbon batteries and a fluoride reagent (with fluorine-related derivative products including Selectfluor (F-TEDA-BF4), Iodine Pentafluoride, Pentafluoroethyliodide, Perfluoroalkyl Iodide, trifluoro(trifluoromethyl) oxirane, Bisphenol-AF, Lithium trifluoromethanesulfonate, Chlorodifluoroacetyl Chloride (CDFAC), Chlorodifluoroacetic Acid (CDFA), Methyl Chlorodifluoroacetate (CDFAMe), Ethyl Chlorodifluoroacetate (CDFAEt), Sodium Chlorodifluoroacetate, N-Fluorobenzenesulfonimide, etc.).
The country recognizes and encourages the development of high-tech fine chemical products from such project. The implementation of this project changes existing China's backward fluorine chemical technology so as to achieve the goal of Hubei fluorine chemical industry technology roadmap ", therefore, the revitalization of the fluorine chemical industry in Hubei Province, to promote the development of China's fluorine chemical industry, to meet the various fields of the national economy and national defense construction needs which are of great significance.
We play an active role in China's Fluorine based Chemical landscape. We are actively participating and leading the followings: Executive Director of China??s Fluorine Chemical Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance, China's Industry Association Executive Director of Fluorine-Silicon Organic Materials, China Chemical Industry and Engineering Society Executive Member of professional Committee of specialty chemicals unit. Throughout the years, we are in close collaboration and partnerships with some of the top Universities e.g. Central China Normal University, Wuhan University of Technology, Hubei University, Wuhan University, in central China as well as some of the top research facilities e.g. Zhongke Boce New Material Research Institute, Shanghai Institute of organic chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences and other research institutes, in the Country. We establish close cooperative partnerships; joint research and development of fluorine-containing fine chemicals and graphite fluoride applications in various industries resulting in a series of relevant industry specific know-how in terms of technical and products. Research and development results achieved in recent years are:
> Independent research and development of new techniques for the preparation of fluorine gas; the graphite fluoride preparation of new technology; continuous new process for preparation of Iodine Pentafluoride; Perfluoroalkyl Iodide preparation process and trifluoro(trifluoromethyl) oxirane preparation process; fluorinate fuel tank and so on.
