Its chromogenic reaction is usually produced by reacting with peroxidase. DA67 is compatible with water solubility and high sensitivity for the first time. Previously, it had to be achieved through the use of luminescent or fluorescent reagents, but now it can be achieved using DA67 without the need for other luminescent agents. 2、 Application field Due to its ability to obtain results directly using a colorimeter, it is suitable for detecting samples of biological components, such as protein electrophoresis, nucleic acid electrophoresis, and other experiments as a substrate. By measuring the time consumed by substrates and changes in absorbance, information such as enzyme activity and substrate concentration can be reflected. 3、 Performance characteristics 1.
