With good water solubility and high luminescence quantum yield, it can react with various oxidants and emit light directly without catalysis. It is sensitive, has strong anti-interference ability, and high storage stability. Therefore, it has good application value and broad market demand prospects. Isoluminol, as a chemiluminescent reagent, is commonly used in in vitro diagnostic kits. Chemiluminescence is a diagnostic method that uses specific reactions between antigens and antibodies to determine the concentration of disease markers in the body, thereby determining the body's condition. It is widely used in infectious diseases, heart diseases, tumors, pregnancy detection, and other fields. Chemiluminescence detection has certain advantages in cost control, reaction sensitivity, testing accuracy, and testing speed. The luminescence principle of iruminol is oxidation reaction luminescence: when iruminol is mixed with an appropriate oxidant, it will emit bright blue fluorescence.
