Product description : TES free acid, also known as N-tris (hydroxymethyl) methyl-2-aminoethanesulfonic acid, is an organic sulfonic acid, also known as Tris ethanesulfonic acid. It is synthesized from Tris buffer and has a white crystalline powder appearance with good water solubility. The pKa value at room temperature is 7.5, and the suitable buffer range is between pH 6.8 and 8.2. It is commonly used in experiments such as biochemistry, molecular biology, and cell biology. The application of TES free acid 1. Cell culture.
