N-Acetylamino Family Series Biological Buffers ACES
Category : Other Chemicals/Others
CAS NO : 7365-82-4 EC NO : 230-908-4 MF : C4H10N2O4S MW : 182.1982 Specification : White Powder Packing : 500g/bottle Product description : Most biochemical reactions tend to have acidic or alkaline pH values as the product increases during the reaction process, which affects the further progress of the experiment. Therefore, it is necessary to add suitable biological buffer to stabilize the pH value of the reaction solution within a certain range. N - (2-acetylamino) -2-aminoethanesulfonic acid ACES is suitable as an acid-base regulator in reaction solutions with pH values of 6.6-7.0. Excessive acidity or alkalinity can lead to a decrease in the buffering capacity of ACES. The CAS number of ACCESS is 7365-82-4, with a pKa value of 6.1-7.5, which is greatly affected by temperature changes. ACES buffer generally contains sodium hydroxide and sodium chloride. After strict filtration, sterilization, and other processes, it can be directly added to cell culture media (such as Legionella culture medium, Changchun flower hairy roots) to regulate the acid-base environment suitable for cell growth. As a member of the acetylamino buffering agent family, ACES buffering agents can react with metals such as copper and magnesium, and the copper ions they bind can transfer lone pair electrons in chloroplasts. But it does not complexe with other metals such as calcium, manganese, cobalt, nickel, zinc, etc. When identifying nucleic acids with larger molecular weights, ACES is more suitable than other buffering agents. As is well known, enzymes are sensitive to changes in pH values, and the vast majority of biochemical reactions require the catalytic action of specific enzymes to proceed. Therefore, in experiments that require enzymes, buffering agents are usually needed to stabilize the reaction environment of the experiment. Among numerous experiments, ACES is more suitable for studying X-ray crystallography of glucosidase and aldehyde dehydrogenation complexes. After continuous exploration and technological innovation, Desheng can now provide high-quality ACES white crystalline powder with a drying loss of less than 1% and a UV absorbance of less than 0.05. Our company can also customize various indicators according to customer requirements. In addition to ACES, our company can also provide other buffering agents such as Tris, Tris hcl, TAE, CAPS, BICINE, etc. These buffering agents need to be sealed, dried, and stored under shading to prevent oxidation or decomposition. Welcome all major new and old customers to consult and purchase.
