Product description : Tris hcl is a neutral buffering agent with a CAS number of 1185-53-1 and a buffer range of 7.5-8.5. However, it itself contains weak alkalinity. Commonly used in various biochemical experiments such as molecular biology and cell biology. Its conventional characteristic is a white powder substance, which is prepared by adding distilled water during use, adjusting to the required pH value, and then being sterilized under high pressure before being stored and used. It is worth noting that if the solution needs to be stored for a long time, it should be stored below -4 ℃. However, in order to better ensure the stability of the product, researchers suggest on-site configuration during use. Advantages of Tris HCI buffer solution 1) Good water solubility, high solubility in water, clear liquid; 2) High purity, up to 99%, stable performance when used; 3) Not precipitating with some metal ions (such as calcium and magnesium); 4) The ion strength of Tris hcl buffer is low; 5) Compared with traditional phosphate buffering agents, Tris hcl is more effective in enzyme determination. Application of Tris HCI buffer solution 1) Tris hcl is widely used as a protein, nucleic acid, and cell culture buffer; 2) Can be used as a protein crystal growth buffer; 3) Combine with glycine in the electrophoresis buffer to form a buffer system, which is used to stabilize the pH value during the electrophoresis process; 4) Due to its low ion strength, it can be used for the formation of intermediate fibers in nematode nuclear layer proteins; 5) Used for titrating standard substances; 6) Used for the preparation of surfactants. Hubei Xindesheng Material Technology Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of Tris hcl buffering agents. The company was founded in 2005 and has been committed to the research and development and production of biological buffering agents for over a decade. Not only has it established its own research and development team, but it has also achieved important results in this field. Currently, the company has produced more than 30 types of biological buffering agent products for sale, with a complete range of products.
