Product description : Most biochemical reactions tend to have acidic or alkaline pH values as the product increases during the reaction process, which affects the further progress of the experiment. N - (2-acetylamino) -2-aminoethanesulfonic acid ACES is suitable as an acid-base regulator in reaction solutions with pH values of 6.6-7.0. Excessive acidity or alkalinity can lead to a decrease in the buffering capacity of ACES. The CAS number of ACCESS is 7365-82-4, with a pKa value of 6.1-7.5, which is greatly affected by temperature changes. ACES buffer generally contains sodium hydroxide and sodium chloride. After strict filtration, sterilization, and other processes, it can be directly added to cell culture media (such as Legionella culture medium, Changchun flower hairy roots) to regulate the acid-base environment suitable for cell growth.
