Established on December 29, 2020, Lanzhou Huishunyuan Fine Chemical Co ., Ltd. is a private enterprise, with a registered capital of CNY 260 million, and our registered address is No. 666, West Section of Lli River Street, Qinchuan Park, Lanzhou New District, Lanzhou City, Gansu Province. The construction item of our company is an annual output of 23,000 tons of fine chemical intermediates such as pharmaceutical pesticides, with a total investment of CNY 780 million, including a fixed asset investment of CNY 695 million. This item is located in the area east of Jing 36 Road, west of Zhongbao Highway, north of Wei 54 Road, and south of Wei 55 Road in Lanzhou New District Chemical Park.

This item is divided into two phases of construction, the first phase is an annual output of 16,000 tons of phenylenediamine, with a total investment of CNY 380 million, including CNY 330 million in fixed assets and an area of about 108,054 square meters; the main construction content is microchannel continuous flow nitrification unit, hydrogenation unit, phenylenediamine distillation unit, raw material product tank farm, warehouse, "three wastes" treatment facilities and public works. The second phase is resorcinol and other fine chemical intermediate item, with a total investment of CNY 400 million yuan, including CNY 365 million in fixed assets and an reserved area of 200,100 square meters; the main construction content is resorcinol and other chemical production equipment, warehouses and supporting public auxiliary facilities, the main product capacity is resorcinol (2,000 tons/year), aramid (2,000 tons/year), dimethyl aniline (2,000 tons/year), 5,6-dimethylbenzimidazole (1,000 tons/year).

Phase I Item Nitrification process adopts international advanced microchannel continuous flow reaction technology, a single reactor holds 984ml, and silicon carbide materials with high rigidity, good corrosion resistance and high heat transfer coefficient are processed by integrated seamless bonding technology, which has the advantages of high heat transfer coefficient, pressure resistance and excellent corrosion resistance, and realizes the intrinsic safety of nitrification reaction. The post-treatment process adopts continuous flow extraction, separation, acid washing, neutralization, water washing and other processes, which realizes the continuity of the whole process process, automatic production control, and collects and centralizes all waste gases, which improves the safety and reliability of the device and the environmental friendliness. The hydrogenation process adopts the process technology of "low-pressure liquid phase hydrogenation method to produce high-purity 1, 3-diaminobenzene", and the hydrogenation kettle adopts advanced self-priming impeller and gas guide shaft agitator technology to realize the internal circulation of the hydrogen kettle, eliminating the hydrogen circulation compressor and reducing energy consumption; The transmission device adopts Siemens Fland reducer and magnetic transmission device, which improves the life of the agitator and reduces the risk of hydrogen leakage. The automatic dosing technology of Reni nickel catalyst is adopted, which reduces the safety risk of the catalyst dosing process, and the application of new technology greatly improves the safety and reliability of the hydrogenation device.

This item also construct wastewater treatment facilities, which use iron-carbon reduction, four-effect evaporation, heterogeneous catalytic oxidation, biochemistry, DTRO ultrafiltration, concentrated brine incineration, waste heat recovery, flue gas treatment and other process combinations, and cooperates with the technical contractor Xinjiang Xinhuan Technology Engineering Co., Ltd. to obtain three practical patent technologies, namely "a heterogeneous Fendon catalytic oxidation reaction system", "a iron-carbon micro-electrolysis device for treating chemical production wastewater", "an integrated treatment device for sewage neutralization regulation and flocculation and sedimentation separation", which realizes zero discharge of process wastewater. All exhaust gas of item is collected and treated centrally and discharged up to standard. Item adopts Zhejiang Central Control ECS-700 distributed control system (DCS) and TCS-900 safety instrumented system (SIS) to realize the whole process automation control and safety emergency cut-off; Hanwei Technology GDS toxic combustible gas alarm system, Tahoan fire alarm and fire linkage control system, and no-dead-angle video surveillance system are installed, which provides a reliable guarantee for safe production.
